By employing locally and creating jobs across a broad range of skills we aim to contribute to improved employment conditions in the Green Cauldron region. This also extends to farms where our other international coffees are grown.

We promote ongoing training and education to all employees and have access to some of the best consultants and industry specialists world-wide.

Through regional associations and clubs we actively support our local community. We are major sponsors of the Bangalow Rugby Club and have assisted in numerous fundraisers for local schools, child care centres and community halls. We also donate money to Rubel Raxtu School in South America for each bag of Guatemala Pocola sold.
